The amount of accumulated waste and debris is constantly increasing. Each inhabitant of a metropolis produces approximately 500 kilograms of garbage per year, and the residents of small towns up to 150-200 kilograms. Top garbage and industrial waste producers are Norway, the United States (according to statistics of 520 kg per capita per year), Spain, the Netherlands and Sweden (250-300 kg of waste). Moscow had an average up to 320 kg per year per capita.
Studies show that paper takes an average of 5-10 years to disintegrate. Tin cans take up to 90 years. Even worse, polyethylene and plastic can take between 200 to 500 years.
The traditional system of waste disposal in landfills cannot cope with the increased volume of waste and is at the limit.

Our company processes polymer waste to produce observation and sewer wells and hatches. The main feature of our new technology is our special approach to the preparation of the composition for the press. Because of this approach, our resulting product has a higher performance than traditional sand-cement products.
Current technology in widespread use around the world has limitations. The composition of the closest analogous products – the sand-cement equivalent – is manufactured by the mechanical mixing of the two components: The river sand or crushed stone and a binding component. The properties of this composition are determined solely by the degree of interaction between the surface of the particles of the stones and a binder, while this binder is rather expensive and not environmentally safe.
Our unique process and technology utilizes waste polyethylene and river sand where there is a physical and chemical interaction of both components at the same time, each mutual influencing the structure of each other in unique ways. By controlling the degree of this interaction it is possible to obtain a whole range of sand-polymeric composite materials whose properties have a wide range of variance, from that of concrete to those of plastics.
